The non M version looks less offensive and imo the interior is a level above the G70. Exterior wise though overall I think the G70 is so much better. If they released the 340i sooner it would have been worth cross shopping though because there are a lot of pros with the 340i, including the rumored class leading weight reduction, usable back seat, and better mpg.

I think BWM took the profile of the C class and add the Lexus tail light.. I am saying is ugly..just somehow not BMW.. BMW will always drive better than than G70, but 15k better? I think not.

They really should. I mean seriously, if anyone from Genesis is here, it actually makes a lot of sense for you guys. Nobody else knows Genesis. When they start researching they will find this place and find us waiting. When people ask on the street we'll be the ones to stop and talk about it. For those of us who end up actually getting a G70 I think we'll end up telling one of two stories. One story is how great the car is but how messed up the launch of the brand was and how it's probably wise to wait a while and see how things turn out. I certainly would give a strong warning about this to anyone I'm even remotely acquainted with right now for fear of recommending a mistake to them. The other one is about how great the car is, gloss over how there were some launch problems, but then talk about how awesome the company and support is because they went out of their way to please some of their most passionate fans. It wouldn't even cost that much, there aren't that many different people in this thread.

It would make for one hell of an advertising chance as well. Want people to associate Genesis with service and luxury? Imagine how good this would look!

Back end looks clean. The front end is BWM but the grill and headlights look too wide like one big assembly across the front.

I like the back of the new G20, will be easy to get used to the headlights, but the front bumper is ridiculous, it looks like a car you would see on GTAV. One thing I love about the inside of the new BMW is the fact that it has a very nice ambient lightning. Only if the G70 had that option....... That is literally the only option I wish it had!

I have a hard time keeping up with all the differences in trims...What is the difference between the Blue one and the Red one? The prices are different. Is it the rims?

They labeled the cars wrong. Shame they didn't include the window sticker in the photos...that would get rid of all the confusion.

They labeled wrong the blue one. This a 3.3T Prestige AWD. Prices are MSRP with Destination fee added plus $125- $170 that should be small dealers addons like floor mats or someting like that.

Unless you really hate the 5 spoke rims and/or sport with red quilt stitching, there's no reason not to upgrade to the sport for a little more...

I really hate the 5 spoke black rims. That's why I'm leaning with the Prestige or Elite RWD with the 19" 10 spoke rims.

The prestige says AWD only, which means it would not come with the nice 10 spoke rims that everyone seems to like the most. The trim packages don't make any sense. They need to give more access to the 10 spoke wheels.

I realized the awd-only issue last night. This might end up being a dealbreaker for me :/

Yes, all AWD 3.3T but the sport comes with 18" and the 20 spoke rims. I think Genesis never produced an 18" 10 spoke rims at all. I could be wrong but IMHO I think that at the end 19" wheels are 10 or 5 spoke and 18" are 20 spoke. .
About trim packages I see them ok. You get the Advance wich is the base, then add Elite, Prestige or Sport package. Easy as that,

Well...this sucks. I guess folks that know me on here kind of know I have been cross shopping an S4. Some good deals at the end of Sep...but of course...I am waiting for this G70.

Well...perhaps I screwed up?

The S4 I was looking at last week had a residual of 61% (awesome...thus lower payment) and the MF came in close to 3%. Just talked to them...and residual is now 49% (WTF!?!?!...payment goes way up) and the MF is at 4.75%. So my monthly payment on 42 months/7,500 per year went up by $142 !!!! F'ing Genesis.

Holy crap man. That's bad news. Manufacturers play with those numbers almost in a monthly basis. Sure those MF and residual changedfor October the first.
