  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I'm sure you'll love the Dynamic. If there were a Sport and a Dynamic available, truly, I'd just get the one that came closer to my overall preferences as far as color etc. I wouldn't go out of my way to wait for a Dynamic but if a Dynamic were available with my preferred features before a Sport was, I don't think I'd hesitate to go with the Dynamic. The price difference is pretty small potatoes (less than 1.5%) in the grand scheme of things and I think the added features actually make it a good value. Do I need all those features? No. But there are features on the Sport that I don't really need either. Every car, especially those that have relatively few options that are bundled into packages, is a matter of getting the closest thing to your ideal features rather than getting the exact combination you'd pick if each could be chosen separately. Both the Dynamic and the Sport offer a great feature set and I can't imagine being any less than thrilled with either.

OK, as I obsess over this car, I noticed an error in the configurator. If you build the 3.3T AWD, and then expand the Standard features list, it shows BOTH 18-inch wheels with all-season tires AND 19-inch wheels with summer tires. This error does not exist when building the 3.3T RWD version. I did not check all the 2.0T variants.

Maybe someone who knows someone at Genesis corporate could forward this on to them?

What's the point...it'll get fixed in 2020 sometime.

If anything...use it to your advantage when you close your deal. You should get TWO sets of rims/tires. Summer and winter. Bob's yer uncle ;)

I’m not seeing any inventory for them’ which site are you using?

Edit: I don’t see them on the Genesis Dealer Locator either.
Hall has 2 locations...they just got their licenses. One in Chesapeake and other in Newport News. Neither has inventory.

Okay good, that would be why I don't see them anywhere. Once inventory shows I will add them to the list.

Well if you’re talking tuned cars...a tuned G70 will. Numbers all ready there.
Stock for stock or tuned for tuned the Mustang is much faster. These cars are deep deep into the 10s on tune, headers, stall. It’s not a knock on the G70 or Stinger, I like em both. But you speak out of ignorance if you think the G or Stinger has any chance against an 18 GT. For some perspective, I can fully disable traction control stock and break traction from a 40 roll. I have driven a lap 3 stage 2 Stinger, powerful for sure, pulls hard, turbo lag is significant when driven right after my Mustang. The BMW twin scroll has noticeably less lag, I used to own a 335i. Not sure if The G70 will have less lag than the stinger, hope so. The new 3 series is gonna be a beast but BMW will throw a hefty price tag on it. My wife wanted a Stinger or possibly a G70 but we went in to test a 530i BMW cert pre owned demo for a similar price and she saw the new X3 and fell in love. I wish I could swing the inline 6 version but it’s outta our budget range. I will say it is a nice ride, handles great for a crossover and gets 30 mpg highway. The interior is awesome. Guess that will be what we get unless we can see A G70 very soon and it sways her. If she had chosen the Stinger or G70 I was gonna sell the stang & get a new Jeep Rubicon.

Great speech...but just wait until all tunes come into fruition. The biturbo has so much potential it’s nuts. Come back in a couple of months as things settle. The G70 will be in Alfa G Q territory with tuning. Mustang will just be a blip.

A note on leasing. You cannot post a generalized number like that. It is a sales tactic. Leasing numbers vary on model and trim...and even month to month. What you need is your MF and RV...and go from there.
