9 days to go until the self-imposed deadline to get emails out to owners and still crickets from Genesis. Anyone get an email this week? I'm a little concerned that the cadence of emails has slowed down (at least in our little sample size here in the forum).

Personally, if I don't get anything by the middle of next week, I'm reaching out to Genesis and asking them to manually send me the dang email.
 
Still waiting. I am in contact with Genesis Corp about my rear mat fiasco, it was escalated to a higher level a couple weeks ago and I plan to ask him next week what he knows.

Nothing here either and I have the GV70. I would love to get it before I leave on my trip late next month.

I haven’t gotten the email yet. I sent an email to Client Care last week and all they did was respond with the original press release.

Thanks for posting. Interesting that they indicate there may be a delay in getting the adapter due to demand. Aren't they completely controlling demand based on when they send out the emails to confirming shipping info?

Its not like we have a way to communicate demand outside of this process that they are entirely in control of.

I, too, am still waiting. Luckily, I do not have any rush needs. But if you reach out, I will be curious to hear what you hear back.
 
Nope not a peep and it’s really the end of May in a couple of days. GMA’s communication skills are so terrible whether it’s this campaign started last year, or OTA/Nav updates, recalls, service information, +++ Sure the adapter is free but the frustration of being treated like mushrooms (kept in the dark and fed BS) just takes the shine off the whole ownership experience. Sure isn’t anything like Lexus, BMW, Benz, even Acura does a better job in my experience. We really wanted this for our road-trip just as a back up.

I received the same email also on Thursday 5/22. The initial email from Genesis asking me to confirm my info was on Tuesday 5/13.

2023 advanced, still waiting on an email...and the month is nearly over. i'm wondering if it's worth sending a note to genesis or if patience is still the way to go here. a bit bummed.
I contacted them yesterday because I also have a 2023 advance and have not received any communications. I was told to wait until Friday and call back if I still haven’t received anything.

I got the same response after calling them today. Really irritating that they are forcing us to go down to the wire. The execution of this campaign has not been acceptable in my view and I provided that feedback to them. I would encourage everyone to reach out to Genesis CS and offer feedback if you haven't been happy with the way they have handled this. They won't change if they don't have data points/feedback to respond to.

You aren't the only one pippa. Many of us are still waiting. I would encourage reaching out if only to provide feedback to Genesis about how displeased you have been about how this campaign has been handled.

Still can’t figure out why they worked backwards. We were one of the first to buy the car and yet we have to wait last in line for the free adapter.

Hate to say it, but if there is a deadline, somebody will be last. As long as they meet the deadline then they have fulfilled their promise. Sucks that it's you though. I wouldn't be buying any lottery tickets if I were you.😁
 
There are MANY of us who are stuck at the end of the line. Even Ioniq 5 and EV 6 customers were way ahead of us (great LUXARY car branding Genesis!). That and the original communication was that we would know by 1st quarter then April 7th, now end-of-May. It’s just stupid, poorly run, and bad for the brand period!
