How many brands do offer that feature? That's actually a bummer about the HUD turn-by-turn not working when AA or CP are active.

And...you have to consider that the Audi is not chippable. If you get busted...yer done. The G70 has the piggy back that will make it a sub 4 second car...for < $1k USD.
Are you referring to Audi not being chippable because warranty would be void if chip were discovered? And with the G70/Stinger piggy back it is not detectable?
Don't be making me think crazy things.Correct. The piggy back is removable in < 5 minutes...same to put back on.

Honestly I don't know. But I do know that Hyundai pays attention to these forums, so my intention of pointing it out was to at least get someone thinking about it for the next generation. How many brands do offer that feature?
Yeah; as soon as an Audi gets flagged with the "TD1" code upon discovery of an unauthorized ECU flash, you're hooped!Correct. The piggy back is removable in < 5 minutes...same to put back on.
This is a really good review. He recently did a review putting the Stinger against a Mustang on the track...fun review.
Anyway...he seems like he knows his stuff...and puts his thoughts into words quite well. Makes me want to wait for the car now...LOL.
20.T? That is one huge engine.I wish there were at least some reviews on the 20.T trim level.
20.T? That is one huge engine.
The 2.0T is a great engine. It obviously doesn't have the grunt of the 3.3T but it has a great powerband (max torque from 1400 RPM - 4000 RPM), has minimal lag for a 4 cylinder engine due to the twin scroll turbo, can get great fuel economy (I have gotten 7.7L/100km in 75% city/25% highway driving), and is pretty quick (car still wants to pull above 200km/h; don't ask me how I know...). The 2.0T Prestige has most of the luxury features of the 3.3T Sport and some actually prefer the leather quilting and colors better on the Prestige than the 3.3T Sport.
@PD705, care to chime in about the 2.0T Sport?
Very good battle plan there lolMy plan is to test drive the 2.0T first, and if it feels fast enough, go with it. I won't know what I'm missing if I never try the 3.3, and they'll both be massive upgrades to what I'm driving now.
Actually...I disagree.
I am going by my math from the start...I predict the G70 for the 3.3 T Sport will be ~$54,600 USD.
I built the S5 SB (which is more than the S4 and S5 Coupe) with the same options that the G70 offers. So all the same specs, options, etc, etc. Comes out to almost $66k USD for me. Add the maintenance free stuff, etc...you are up to $70k USD.
So $15k USD is a lot to pay. And...you have to consider that the Audi is not chippable. If you get busted...yer done. The G70 has the piggy back that will make it a sub 4 second car...for < $1k USD.

I love my G70 2.0T Elite package, I think as a daily driver it offers the perfect balance of comfort and power, and the acceleration on it is great. I also test drove the 3.3T but felt like the 2.0t was more than enough for me! In terms of gas consumption, I am currently averaging about 8.5L/100km & I have about 1700kms, how many kms do you have genesisYEG? and what setting do you typically drive in?20.T? That is one huge engine.
