The G70 2.0t may give you more immediate power because the torque comes in early so for normal driving you may feel it's better than the 305hp Acura. But under hard acceleration the Acura will milk your 2.0t and leave you behind...I can firmly say I don't miss the 305hp 273 torque on my Acura. Doesn't feel like a downgrade in terms of power anyway for the way I drive. Maybe on the top end of the Rev range!
If the 2.0t takes 5.6 seconds to 60 mph then the 3.3t would get there in 2.9 seconds. All this may be possible going steep downhill with tailwind pushing you in -20F subzero weather.I'm betting 5.6 for RWD and 5.8 for AWD.
Genesis G70 2.0t cannot get to 5.6 sec from 0-60. I said this many times before. Alex on Auto already tested this car and the best they could manage was 7.4 seconds. And Alex on Auto knows what they are doing they are professionals and they use professional equipment. Alex on Auto isn't the only source that complained how slow the car is. A year ago the reviewer in Korea tested both cars in acceleration and they said the difference was so gigantic that they were shocked / terrified. The 2.0t is extremely slow, and the 3.3t is extremely fast. There is huge difference between the two.
If you do some weight reduction and try this on a cold weather you might be able to get to 6.8 sec if you are lucky. For normal weather you are looking at 7+ seconds.
