  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

BTW, It's already in the Reviews sticky above...

correct, however I thought it might garner more discussion here with the two videos posted together.

Not everyone pays particular attention to the stickys and there could be some interesting discussion resulting from both videos.

Huddleston, you're right. I skip most of the stickies, and don't consider discussing the reviews.

On the 4 hate review, while hate is a strong word (but it does make a nice brand for them), I completely agree with the power (I loved the latent power in my 2010 Genesis) and the EPA fuel economy. I think Hyundai may be more conservative with their numbers than other brands---since they got caught cheating before, but city seems fair, and highway seems only a little low (although I bet the EPA drives slower than I do).

Regarding the low bass output, I have no idea. I always de-emphasize the bass anyway. Maybe I am in their target market.

The brand comment is fair. Personally, I prefer to be under the radar. Thus, I would prefer a Hyundai to a BMW or Lexus--for the exact same vehicle and exact same used value. Now, you don't get the same vehicle or the same used value--so that gives everyone something to argue about.

I thought the positive review was also fair.

The best thing about both was the car color. I don't get to see red in motion very often. Just in my parking place.
