Are repair costs for out of warranty issues in line with the likes of Toyota, Nissan dealerships? How about with independent shops? Thanks
 
I think your question is too broad. Its a luxury car and some parts will cost more than run of the mill cars.

With the tech and use of aluminum, repairs will definitely be higher than a Honda or Toyota. Perhaps more in line with a Lexus.
