the GV70E is listed at more than 500lbs more than the 3.5SP. 500lbs is a significant difference. The suspension tuning will be much different so I'm not sure comparing an Electrified to an ICE GV70 is a good gauge. But if you are going to a shorter sidewall, and you're sensitive to a couple of PSI in your tires, you'll likely feel a difference if you move up to 20s from your 19s. What you could do is look for a wheel/tire setup that weighs less than the current 19" setup. A forged wheel will save you weight, and you can find tire weights online too. If you like the look of 20s and you can get less unsprung weight overall, you might be satisfied with the change.
