Lincoln Concierge Service is amazingly great. I currently own a
Lincoln Nautilus and went to them twice. Once in the buying process and once needing help accessing one of the Black Label benefits (one week free car rental when traveling), and both times they were knowledgeable, immediately accessible, and went out of their way to solve a thorny problem (and not one of their own making). This, along, with pickup/drop off for servicing and test drive at home, are things that make the
Lincoln brand really stand out. They went with these services for the same reason Genesis did. Too many
Lincoln dealerships are comingled with Ford dealerships (though their situation isn't as dire as Genesis') and this was one way to allow their potential customers to largely bypass the dealership experience if that's what they want to do.
I plan to move into a GV80 when my Nautilus lease is up, and I dread having to cope with a Hyundai dealership. Here's hoping that Genesis gets these services working properly by then.
