Keep complaining to your dealer about the vibration and make certain they are adding your comments to your vehicle service file. Contact Hyundai Canada and complain to them also. While your dealer has little or no influence on changing the Michelins for another make/type, Hyundai Canada does.
I'm in the Chicago area, so I'm thinking that Hyundai Canada won't be too receptive to my issue.

I will give the dealer a chance to handle the issue, but I won't hesitate to escalate if needed.
P.S. I read a post somewhere on this forum, IIRC, in a thread about Tires and Vibration. That poster said he as able to replace the tires with his choice.
I'd agree that as part of the recall, there would be little chance of a different tire, but if I just have a defective set of Michelins, there could possibly be some latitude. Again, my vibration is slight, and has improved a bit with added miles. If it persists at 3750 miles, I'll expect it to be solved regardless of tires, or other remedies.
