I have never gotten any correspondence from XM, either. I'm very seldom in my car for more than 15 or 20 minutes at a time and listen mostly to NPR - maybe they know somehow that I don't listen to it, and since I'm not using it maybe they feel no pressing need to turn it off .Wow. Before my 90 days was up, I did read here and a few other places that they didn't bother actually shutting the service off in many cases. So, when they started sending me subscriptions letters after about 30 days I ignored them to see what would happen after 90 days. Maybe I'm in the minority, but they shut me down within about a week of 90 days from the day I bought the car. So, enforcement appears to vary greatly.
Congrats on your free satellite radio!
My 2010 with Tech package expired after 90 days. I love it and negotiated a 3 year deal. Sounds like 2011 with Tech are 12 months??
