Noticed today no HD radio signals available anymore. And no HD nav traffic info, gas prices info either. Have rebooted system and reset connected services. What am I missing? How to get it back. Sirius package is active too.

Dealer. It will be the simplest for them to test on HD radio. That should always work.Noticed today no HD radio signals available anymore. And no HD nav traffic info, gas prices info either. Do those signals come from Genesis or Sirius?Dealer. It will be the simplest for them to test on HD radio. That should always work.
I would start by checking you Sirius subscription.Do those signals come from Genesis or Sirius?
Did that. So far both genesis and Sirius both say all looks good on their sides. That’s why I was wondering where exactly the information comes fromI would start by checking you Sirius subscription.

Got that. But where do the signals come from pertaining to the above gas, radar and traffic icons above come from?HD radio signals come from regular radio station towers not from Sirius or Genesis.

.
It comes from HD radio stations that transmit that data. Not all stations do.
Im now getting HD radio station broadcast.I suspect that you also need to be tuned to the HD station that does transmit that data in order for it to be displayed.
Has the OP confirmed the presence of this data in the HD data stream of a station known to transmit it, via another HD radio for example?
CorrectYour HD info should show regardless.
Regardless of what? Is it a genesis process or Sirius? I know Sirius offers HD content, traffic info, etc. But the icons in the infotainment are Genesis product.Correct
Im now getting HD radio station broadcast.
Are you saying you have to tune to a Sirius gustation Chanel , then go into the genesis infotainment and pick the gas stations icon, then the info will show?
I don’t know where the signals are coming from - that’s what I’m asking. Those icons are genesis supplied not Sirius. I did google however Sirius and traffic information and apparently they stopped their traffic service in 2023. So I’m guessing genesis is using hd broadcast signal ?? As mentioned, I do see fm HD channels where available. What I'm saying is (assuming that the data stream you are seeking is indeed transmitted via an FM-HD station), if station "HD-1" is transmitting the traffic / weather / etc. data and station "HD-2" is not, tuning your FM radio to "HD-2" will not result in your radio receiving the data you seek to display. You'd have to be tuned to station "HD-1" to get that data stream to display. Your car has only one FM tuner, it cannot receive data from two different FM-HD stations at the same time, only from the one you are tuned-in to.
Now if this data is coming in via the SFX tuner, all bets are off. I suspect that data from all SFX channels is received by the SFX tuner and channel selection is performed by de-commutating the raw data stream similar to how digital cable and satellite boxes work.
