In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. Hyundai came thru - Messages on Premium NAV w/ update to 12.5

That might be because of the imminent demise of the 3G network. According to the Marketplace Tech podcast I listened to yesterday, a lot of automakers are retiring their connected services because they depend on 3G. It's being replaced this year by 5G
 
Concern over 5G is prevalent. So much so, metropolitan areas, areas close to airports, military installations and near ground air support have been deactivated. Most cell providers are not pleased, as it has left gaps in their network that was promised to Wall Street.
