  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hyundai genesis rear noise from struts ???

"Probably for the same reason you feel the need to keep repeating the same stuff over and over and over and over in every thread, including the exaggerations, half-truths and sensationalistic garbage".

Speaking of exaggerations. But, sorry you feel that way it's all true I'm afraid. Are the others with the same problem half true as well?

Doug,

Any chance you could get a video of your ride?

Mount a camera (just place it) on the dash,

drive down a road,

post the results..

should clarify if this is a unique problem to your car or a difference of opinion on the ride quality.

IMO, there are lots of issues to deal with here.

First off, the effects of a Gaussian distribution (e.g. normal distribution, bell-curve). The car is subject to this as well as the individual driver. Maybe some have a car that deviates from the center more than others. Compound this with an individual that feels the effect more than most and you have double trouble.

Secondly, we don't really know one another. You just never know if the person your addressing is crack-pot sitting naked in front of their computer, talking to their bowling ball made up to look like a french maid.

You just never know.

p.s. I don't own a bowling ball :)

I don't actually exist, and my dog Rufus just told me that I don't own a Genesis... I am really just sitting on a fence pretending to drive.....
