  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Just ordered the Prada Lights!

UT, foreground illumination is *only one* performance aspect of a headlamp, and it's very, very easy to judge a headlamp "good" because of very strong foreground light, when in fact the distance vision isn't so grand. In short (finally!) an HID headlamp has a strong tendency to create a false sense of security.

Thus why I want to see it on a wall. Then I can determine the smoothness of the light spread and the concentration of light over the lamp ;)

Hey guys,

Sorry for the delay in getting pictures in, I've been very busy.

Here is a picture of how it looks on the highway.

Dominic,

Thanks for uploading the photo. From the picture, it really looks brighter than I thought it would be. It looks nice. Did you adjust the beam height at all?

Thanks for the up date, but I also would like to see more pictures showing the beam pattern and cut off pattern on a wall, as well as what ever other pictures that would illustrate how good they are.

I'm very interested, but I personal would like to see some better pictures and more info as how they where installed, what was needed. what was done (modifications i.e. any "wiring body"). I know that you have said that you had a dealer install them I would like to know what they had to do. I think that you have said that you did not have OEM Xenon so what balast was used OEM, or aftermarket, if you did not have OEM Xenon then how are they wired up.

Just as much info as you can give would be greatly appreciated, as I'm very interested in them.

Everything was inside of the Prada lights. HID system and everything was inside the Prada lights. Nothing extra is needed.

All it is was take out old lights, and simply plug in and snap the new ones in. No wiring or anything was required.

When I get more time I will take a picture on a wall.

When I had the car, I purchased them from KAI for around $1400 after getting $200 dollars off the price.
