Led lights brunt out after 2 months

The led bulbs i got from diode Dynamics for licence plate and trunk have all gone bad. I got the three light led bulbs. Each bulb went from three lights to two then dark over 2 week period. i ordeded new bulbs from another company. This is turning out to be an expensive mod. Has anyone else had this problem or does this company sell defective bulbs.

Maybe the voltage is not right for those bulbs?

Looks like maybe Diode Dynamics sells the same poor-quality LEDs as this guy bought on eBay:

Cheaper doesn't always mean better...

I've learned from experience with LED's to not go cheap. They burn out or flicker.

The wedge bulbs I purchased for the position lights are $8 a piece, but I've had great luck with those bulbs in other cars also.
