I feel from my lexicon sound system the bass on rear is too much i think there is a subufer in center just infront of rear sunshade and the bass from its is alot, is there any way i can selectively decrease bass from that single speaker!

Yet another captain obvious thread.................
This is what I'm starting to think....
The bass is fine..... the truck deck rattle (and no its not the sun shade) sucks. Makes the Genny sound cheap from the outside.
My Lexicon system has a little less bass than I like. I have to crank mine up a bit.
Rattles the trunk lid? Maybe my subwoofer is already disconnected..... hhhmm...
My bad yes the trunk lid or rear deck vibrates badly with no where near full bass selected I have read on here where folks add extra sound proofing to alleviate this.
weird. mine (2011 4.6 w/tech pkg) has never produced "blow the doors off" bass. don't misunderstand - the sound is very clean, but nothing close to urban(e) thump.
Yeah mine rattles in the back and sometimes the door panels on some songs. Get's quite annoying. I'll be looking into the Dynamat when I get time.
time to try some alternate media then. thx V.
