Over the weekend our systems experienced an issue causing user profile data to be reset for a select group of customers. In most cases the user profile data should have been restored on Saturday following the incident. However if your settings were not restored, or you are still experiencing difficulty in resetting your profile, please review
this video with instructions on how to setup your profile. If you are still experiencing issues or have concerns, please share your experience including screen shots if possible to the
