I think it would be fun, but I don't know much about the TC car enthusiast scene, where people meet, etc. I never did that with my BMW. In fact, the last car meet I did was a Mustang meet in the parking lot of the Rose Bowl in CA a lot of years ago.

July is no good for me with 20+ days of travel. Late August/early September better.

Where? Scott, Wally, Cut-Throat, others? Who has organized something like this?

I also think it would be fun, especially with some coupe owners. I've never been to or done a meet before either. Been in car shows years ago, but that's about it. Wally is a little far away, but by the way he drives he could meet up in a matter of minutes.

Ok, here's sort of my initial idea. The Google map link below is to an Applebee's in Shakopee, but if you look just to the right (east) of where the restaurant is, there is a very large, vacant parking lot and empty retail space that has been closed for months. Admittedly, it will be very inconvenient for people living on the north side, but it's right next to 169, so is easy to get to. Wally wouldn't even have to drive so fast. We could meet at the parking lot and then retire to Applebee's for ???

Another suggestion (not much more convenient) would be the empty parking lot across the street from Lion's Tap in Eden Prairie (second link).

August/September time frame for me. Any other ideas??

Last time I drove from my place to Electric Urine (Shakopee) It took me almost 1hr and 30min due to rush hour traffic BS

It's in Burnsville, north of 160th and north of Lac Lavon (Scott, I'm sure you'll just love the location). That's a tough weekend to try to get people together.
