My Genesis coupe is a lemon

Hello Everyone, I have had my 3.8GT coupe since April 2009 and I have not been able to drive it for over 4 months. The first problem is that the car would go into limp mode (no traction control system, no gears) also, the blue tooth did not work, the Ipod and stereo system also were not working well. So they replaced..The transmission at 9000kms, the traction control system. Then the car would not start at all.. Apparently it could of turned off while driving. So they replaced more parts, electrical, power boxes, bolts, batteries.. ect.. Still no fix. Hyundai Canada refused to replace the car. Then they ordered me a new main computer.. I couldn't believe it. Then I got it back 2 weeks ago and the car began to creek.. So they fixed the creeking.. However, the original problem still persists..

Yet Hyundai Canada still will not do anything..

Anyone else have these problems.. Give me a shout

According to the law, that you can bring the car back for a refund or exchange.

I have got a friend did that for his Mercedes C Class couple months ago.

thanks for the responses guys. I live in NY and so far i brought it once to the dealer and they told me there is nothing wrong with the car. Im bringing it in tomorrow again. I even took a video of my odometer to prove that the traction control light goes off after 60mph. I will keep you all posted

i was having a problem with my traction too but it turns out that when i had rotated the tires at a local tire shop, they put the back tires on the front without realizing the back tires are bigger. Maybe your having this problem?

hey man, i had a similar problem with my traction, the problem was that when i rotated the tires, they put the back tires on the front causing the traction to bug out, could that be your problem? the back tires are bigger*
