I have a new (dealer demo) 2013 fully loaded Genesis sedan with the v6 engine with only 5k miles. I would like to ask for ideas on making the ride softer and less jittery on the uneven/crappy roads for the snowy areas of upstate NY.
I am all about comfort as I have a really bad back and I have found the Genesis seats the most comfortable I could afford. The vehicle has pretty good Michelin tires on it. I cannot do the work myself, but I'd be willing to have a mechanic make some changes. Can you offer specific suggestions on what to replace to give car the softest, smoothest ride so I don't feel every bump and uneven road surface?
