New GV70 - Possible Issue - A/C not cold on driver side vents

My friends 2 year old Palisade has the annoying stop/start and it's 90-100+ degrees and humid most of the summer and it really sucks having AC stop every time the car is stopped. A really stupid "gas saving feature".

I have the exact same problem on my 2023 that started today after 21k miles. I usually go to Genesis of Southwest Houston for service. Did you have to wait for the part to be ordered and how long did they have your car for?

They had my 2022 GV70 finished in 2 1/2 days… I assume the parts were in stock…

They also repaired several other warranty items including replacing the noisy rear differential… and performed one of my complementary oil services…

They did a great job… and in a timely matter!

Thanks so much for the reply! I've worked with Eric before previously and he was great! I have an appointment this Friday to bring the car in, the new dealership is so nice!

We have the same issue 22 GV70. Seems an odd situation but hopeful the dealership(s) have the fix by now.
