New Map v13.0 update available

My guess is v13.5 won't be for the G70. I'm thinking it'll be for the 80 and 90 - since they didn't get v13.

That's incorrect. Mapnsoft always do updates twice a year for all models. G80 and G90 got V13 on April/2019 just like th G70.

Does anyone know if the v13.0 map is still available to download anywhere? My Mapnsoft account only lists the 13.5, but it says it's currently unavailable.

I recommend you to wait a little bit. It's not the first time MapNSoft do this and always we get the update in a week or so.

There's only 2 v13.5 related things in there. Pause/Resume and updated 3D rendering.
They need to give us a theme option!

Hate to bring this up again...but why aren’t the f’ing widgets working?!?!?!

Other than the G70 (perhaps any Genesis)...the shared interface allows for drag-n-drop customization on the main screen...including a Climate/HVAC widget.

Downloading mine now. The thing the is most irritating is the limit you to Windows computers. I have Mac and lucky I was able to use my company laptop and didn’t need admin privileges to load their installer.

Come on Genesis Windows is not the only operating system your customers us.

Most of my new computers don't even have full size SD slots anymore. I had to dig out my 10 yr old one.

Well crap. Admin privilege needed on my work computer. Ended up downloading trials of Parallels and trial of windows 10 to get it done

Got it downloaded but the original SD card is Write protected so got to get a new card tomorrow. Uggh

^ Original card is not write protected. Several of us have already done this.

I suggest ordering one next time...might be easier for you Mac folks. Still free...but in the end...much easier...since you just swap the card out.

Downloading right now. I will be using the original SD card that came with the car (V12.5), I have another SD card sent by MapNSoft with V13.

I got mine installed and it refuses to validate. Keeps getting an error that says Navigation failed to Authenticate.

Starting the Download again.

So far for me that is 2 updates cycles and 2 failed updates. Some massive growing pains still.

Also, I figured out that you cannot roll back to an older version if you have a failed update. *SIGH*

So now I'm stuck with a half updated system.

Yes I know about the slide lock and it’s in the unlock position. Still can’t access it. Properties show as read only. Could just be a bad lock switch, have had those before. Just going to stop and grab a new memory card and see if that works.

Why not just order one? You'll get it for free in a few days all preloaded and good to go.
