  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Official 0-60 & 1/4 mile thread

All good man. It's a legit question. What run. We have lots of slips.

This is Joel Williams on the Stinger forum with a Lozic ECU/TCU tune and Jb4 used for CPI. 1/4 mile and his 0-60 run.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
How so? You have a backup ECU you swap out

Yeah, if you buy a tuned ECU, you get a new one with tune shipped. Swap it in. Same with the TCU or AWD tunes.

Show the time slip or it is total bs.
Head over here:

Tons more info, including time slips. No BS.

But with the jb4 you don't pops and bangs😁
And I’m not 21 and don’t need pops and bangs. It’s just unnecessary noise. Doesn’t make the car any faster.

Stealth is your friend. Damn Mustangs are so loud now. I enjoy sailing past them in silence.

Just got my TCU Tune.

First hit out the box on Map 2 pulled 3.7 0-60. Going to do more once I get some gas. Only have 4 miles left to the tank and the gas station is 2-3 miles away haha. Going to put E40 in and go on MAP6 and give it a go. I think I can hit low 3s.

First impressions:
- This is how the car should shift from the factory! Pressure level 3 is legit and I kind of want to do pressure level 4! I love how quick it shifts now and feels perfect. Almost like my old E60 M5 that had SMG.
- Downshifts are not harsh at all. Read a few people saying theirs were harsh. Its a little more snappy but I like it.
- Launch control is great. I turned my brake snip off and just used the factory Launch Control. It only goes up to 10psi then shuts off. This is absolutely perfect and will make for much more consistent times. I usually launch right when it hits 7psi. No point in having the brake snip anymore so going to wire that back up to factory
- Shifts at 5900 (ish) RPMS. I did notice my first and second gear shifted a little earlier at like 5500 RPM which is even better!

Overall: Super worth it and 100% will low 0-60, 1/8th and 1/4th mile times having this mod.

Cool. I checked with him last night and the TCU TUNE is now $1150 😳

Nice. Glad you got it and love it! The pressure level is really subjective. I found pressure 3 too aggressive but many including you love it, so that's awesome. I'm on pressure level 2 now and really like it. What you will probably find is that in sport mode, on the 2 to 1 downshift it can be pretty abrupt but that's by design.... The other thing is if your driving aggressive in sport mode, and slowing for a turn, then decide to do a manual downshift the car may also throw one in... let's call it an awakening experience lol. Otherwise, it's freaking sweet.

haha. Yep, i did notice that. Caught me off guard at first but I dig it!

How do you like AWD tune?
I only got the TCU tune. I don't see much need for the AWD tune. Might help with 60ft but im already cutting 1.6-1.8 60fts.

One minor thing also to remember if it matters, is that lozic is a cleaner stock looking install.
