  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I've owned three Genny vehicles (a V6 and two V8). Last month, I made a mistake and sold my 2011 4.6.

I am now looking to go back and buy another 4.6 V8, and noticed on Cars.com, there are:

- 6 new 2010 Genesis 4.6 vehicles for sale in the country

- 150 new 2011 Genesis 4.6 vehicles for sale in the country

Dealers still want $35k+ for their 2010's. (that ship has sailed!)

Haven't called anyone yet on the 2011's.

Anybody still buying NEW 2011's??? If so, what are you paying?

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
Not so unusual. There are also 79 2011 ES Lexi sitting out there unsold.

With 333 hp now, you might find a 3.8 2012 to your liking. Give one a ride.

Sounds like a good thing to me.....Prices are holding for Used Genesis....

What do you think the problem is?

The Genesis is a beautiful car. I don't know why they are making both the Genesis and the Erquos. They need to settle on one or the other. Then they need to brand it seperate, no flying H. GM & Ford learned a long time ago Cadillac is a Chevrolet with more plastic, Lincoln is another Ford. Like someone said you don't make a $15k car and a $40k car with the same branding. I don't think they would sell as many as they do without the rebadging gig. It is a wonderful car, I hope they do something to save it.
