  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Anyone know what the financing terms are for new 2015s? With the lease cash on 2016s, it seems like a no brainier unless I can swing a deal on a 2015 like some of the ones I've been reading about here. That said, I still wouldn't want to pay cash, so trying to figure out some bottom line numbers for financing a 2015. Any help is appreciated.

Edit: In case anyone happens to see this at the beginning of the thread, I have no idea why it is here. I posted this around 8:15 pm eastern time on June 24, 2016. For some reason the forum is saying that my last visit date was in September of 2013 and it has now put what should be the last post in this thread (as of the time I am writing this) as the oldest one. Can't figure out how to contact a moderator as I assume any thread I would start would wind up many pages from the front page. I also think that the price paid thread has now been unintentionally moved from the front page because the most recent post is showing up as having come from September, 2013. If anyone subscribes to this thread and reads this, please bump it and, if you could ask my original question on my behalf, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Oh, while I'm at it, thanks for all of the contributors to this thread for the excellent information.

I like to know buying experience and price paid for those that have purchased or leased A new Genesis. This will help us in the market for a new car to get a better feel of what we should pay for the car
If you have purchased a new 2015 Genesis please post the price paid without tax so we can compare make sure you indicate MSRP for the car.
If you leased a 2015 Genesis please indicate MSRP and monthly payment excluding taxes and title charges

Just put a down payment on a 2015 Genesis, 3.8L, Rear Wheel Drive, Casablanca White with Beige interior. The MSRP was $49,950 and I received a $1,000 loyalty discount.

Nice did that require you to turn in a hyundai in a trade?

I am trading in a 2009 Genesis. They gave me $12,960 for it. They are also giving me three years of valet service which I thought was nice. They will not swap out the flying H on the rear with wings. I need to get that done.

Congrats! Enjoy the car! If the good Lord says the same I'll be joining you soon

All you need to do is provide registration for the last 90 days of ownership

I owned a 2010 genesis but don't own it at the moment...not sure I can cash in on loyalty discount...we shall see when I get into real negotiations

You have to have a registration that was valid within the last 90 days

Well there goes that haha. We will see how much I can get them down. Looking for same model rrobbins bought except black with black interior. Shooting for invoice. Lease up on 6/28 but even still I can hold out as wife travels and we can go down to one car for a few weeks while I wait out the inventory and let supply catch up with demand. Will be fun!

Conrats and good luck! If the car was just built in Korea yesterday, though, I would not count on delivery within two weeks.

We ship overseas on a regular basis and I confirm the best you can do by ship is about a month door to door and that is on a good day. You need to deliver to port no later than a week in advance, loading, unloading, paperwork, customs, ect.

I can do one month or better for a car made for me that won’t be test driven by anybody especially on and off curbs as was stated by one of our forum test drive reviewers.

You are paying top dollar for a 2015 Genesis and they won't badge it for you?!?!? I would tell them "then no deal" and walk. I bet they would then do it real fast.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
Was hoping to see some bigger discounts on here. I just bought a new 13 demo 3.8 w/tech for $29K + tax and needed to get 1 more car in the house. Was interested in a loaded 2015 genesis but was expecting to see at least 5K off despite being a new model. This car is going to be a long term one and will be driving more miles on it, its replacing my 2001 Lexus LS430 Ultra which has 245k miles on it now. Spending 50K+ is making me look at alternatives, specifically a Tesla Model S. Gas savings over 8 years should make the prices pretty similar.

Tesla is nice for sure but up here they start at $82,000 for the entry package. Getting a little up there. $30,000 in gas will go quite far. Properly invested doubling your $30,000 in 8 years is very realistic. ;)
