If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Price Paid For 2015 Genesis

You never have to act fast. The offer will be there.

Just imagine that you bought right now and the car is sitting outside of your house.

How do you feel? If you are happy, that's a good offer.

Hi all

I purchased a new 3.8 w/tech pkg 2015 Genesis in Oct 2015. Black with beige.

Price was $ 39,100 plus tax.

Traded 2013 Genesis base with 24,000 miles. Received $18500 on trade plus $1,000 loyalty discount.

Purchased on final day of the month. MSRP was $46,700

Hyundai is offering a $2500 rebate for financing a 2016 Genesis with HMA. The interest rate isn't good, but there is no penalty for paying off early (after 90 days).

That's not a bad price. KBB says 2015 3.8 with Tech with 12k miles is $35k.

So you got a brand new one for 10% more.

So ... got an offer for just a little over $40K for AWD ultimate 3.8. I wasn't really looking to buy for at least 6 months, but wondering if this deal is something that is too good to pass up.
Not the color I am looking for, and had not even fully decided on genesis yet. But seems like price point is trying to tip me in that direction. Of course probably have to act fast and just not sure if ready.

What do you think?

I ended up taking this deal. 40,450 for new AWD 3.6 with ultimate in grey/ivory. I would have preferred one of the blues, but could not pass up the deal. It was part of e-coupon as to why such a good deal.

In that case, CONGRATS! Let's see pics of your beauty! :D

That's good stuff right there! Congrats

Did you get a Hyundai certificate from the dealer? Circle pricing minus $6750 rebate?

Didn't know those were still available.

I am so glad I found these links here. Went shopping for cars yesterday as I need a 4 door family car and fell in love with the Genesis since its release in 2015. Now that we have a family on the way in the next 2 months, I decided its time to buy a 4 door. We almost picked up a 3.8 (don't know the package, just know it wasn't ultimate) for 34,999 before taxes. Its mrsp was 41k if that helps? Glad I waited because I totally forgot about the Ibiza blue I had seen last year and was blown away by! Question, do you have to have the ultimate package to get it or just the tech package. I really want that blue but dont really need ultimate. Thanks!

Picked up my 3.8 AWD with Sig & Tech package on New Years Eve for 37K plus TTL. Sticker was $49,205. Parisian Grey, Black Interior

I'm sure it's easier to get a discount as you add more options, but here is the recent summary.

Cakewalk - MSRP $49K - Down to $37k (24.5% Off) - WINNER!

mdb777 - MSRP $53.1K - Down to $40.45k (24% Off)

jcarr2525 - MSRP $46.7k - Down to $39.1k (16.3% Off)

Whoever bought a 5.0 in the past month will be the winner of overall percentage off.

Hyundai had a special e-certificate that gave you Circle pricing minus $6500 for RWD, $6750 for AWD, or $8000 for 5.0.

Makes me wonder if I should have gotten a 5.0
I really don't need the bigger engine and didn't want to pay an extra $4k from my 3.8 RWD Tech though so I'm trying hard not to overthink it lol.

In May 2015, i was able to snag a new 5.0 for $40,200 (MSRP: $52,800). When i looked at the final paperwork, the Hyundai special price was acutally $38,700 and the dealer had added $1500 in BS accessories (like etching, etc). I tried to bring it down to get half way between $38,700 and the deal we had made verbally of $40,200, but did not succed...and was not ready for walk away (I was 600 miles from home, two states over, to buy & pick up the car :-).

There is no magic to these, except bide your time...be ready to compromise on color, etc....and be ready to risk it by buying from an out of state dealer.

BTW, am glad that lots of folks are getting very good pricing!

Nice, I really didn't try too hard as it was Hyundai's circle price and they came off the MSRP as well.

Wow, I'm surprised you were able to get that low back in May 2015. The $38.7k appears to be the same price as the e-certificate I referred to for 5.0's. Maybe those were available back then on a more limited basis? Did the dealer make you sign a certificate that noted the $38.7k price on it that had Circle price minus $8k rebate?

Just an FYI, majority of these LARGE rebates are regional. They are not available in every state....
