Just installed my MagnaFlow 15059 exhaust on the car. This intake plus the exhaust make for a wonderful V8 sound when under throttle.

Both are relatively unobtrusive under low to mid throttle. But when you hit the gas, the CAI and the exhaust start a growl together that sounds really good!

is it hard to install? i have 2013 rspec and the 15059 also. Do you really notice the a big difference with/without the CAI?

You won't notice a difference in anything but sound until ECU tuning is available.

Love the R2C intakes... used them before in the past on other vehicles as well. Found mine online and they are offering free shipping and free upgrade to black hex filters. Ordered other items from them in the past, no issues....so I couldn't pass it up.

I just installed mine today. I already had a Magnaflow cat-back with deletes and this really helps you hear that V8. I was a little worried that it would add to the noise in the car but I really don't notice a difference until you hit the power band. Then it Goes!

Excellent sounds. Mine sounds very similar.

Have you noticed the "growl" when lugging around at low RPMs?

The guys at work have nick-named my car the "White Puma" because of the growling sounds it makes.

Great note once you go full throttle. You don't hear it during normal driving. However, it's hard at first to not goose it to get the sound. My fuel mileage suffered a wee bit over the weekend ��... Now to have an exhaust built to even out the beast's sound.

I ordered the intake today with powdercoat black and the hex filter. Excited to see it on my Genesis. Should be better than my home cooked solutions.

Guys, is R2C normally completely silent for two days after ordering? I placed my order Tuesday and haven't heard a peep about shipping or order acknowledgement from them. Only thing I got was my Paypal receipt from Paypal.

I wouldn't worry too much. I placed an order on Friday and then called early this week to get a tracking number. They created the label on Friday the 10th but won't ship until today because they were waiting on some part.

I called this morning. I was told it was shipping today and they would email me a tracking#. Was hoping to be able to put it on this weekend, but that's not going to happen.

As of this morning mine still hasn't been shipped so its been about 7 days since they took payment and created the label but haven't actually shipped the item. I called this morning and was told that they will call me back once they figure out what is going on. Given that I was told on Wednesday that it would ship on Thursday and here we are on Friday without shipment you might say I'm getting a bit frustrated. It's upsetting because R2C is an established business and it's been quite some time since I've had issues with a vendor shipping items or providing colorful estimates (like saying we'll ship tomorrow when they obviously had no intention of doing so).

Well hopefully I wasn't given the runaround when they said it would ship today. I had a bad experience with KAI once with giving bogus shipping time frames. Just be honest and tell me when something is delayed or on back order. I'd rather be told that than given a false story.
