Sorry to hear. My Mach-E was often in the shop for minor stuff, about 3 months in two years. The Mach-E software, OTA's and promised features were dismal. They added infotainment games to try and keep people happy. In 9 months of owning the GV60P I must say it is far better than the Mach-E. I hope you get resolution soon.Since purchasing the GV60 in early December 2023, it has been in the shop for over 6 months. There were several 2-5 day stints, then one just over 2 months, and now the recent one over 3 months. It was bought in Victoria, BC. 1/3 to 1/2 the mileage on the car has been put on running back and forth to dealer.
The dealer has admitted that they are having serious issues with GV60 software. I would never recommend to anyone to buy a GV60, their software is nowhere near ready for primetime. All the features they advertise are for nothing, at any one time several will not be available. I mean if you cant even figure out how to make doors unlock upon approach with key, you're not in the game.
We are waiting for a call from their "legal department" , we want a refund. If we can't come to agreement we will have to go the legal route. Youtube videos will be made.
