Im coming from a 335i bmw and i’m not to sure on what I can do with a 3.8 sedan. But i know the Bk1 GDI Lambda 3.8 (sedan engine) and the 3800 GDI 3.8 (coupe engine) are the same but mechanically different. But I was wondering if the sedan engine could be converted into the coupe engine by swapping the cams, plugs, intake system and getting a ecu tune? That way I can use some of the aftermarket parts from the coupe on the sedan.
I was just wondering if anyone has done this or if it would be possible ? I also wanted to go ahead and buy a turbo kit available for the bk1 coupe and install it in the sedan if the conversation is possible??
