No, these are stock and untouched as they come from the factory for North American cars. The only reason to buy these would be:

1. If you had a base-model 2015 Genesis (which doesn't come with HIDs)
2. You needed the stock HIDs for another reason (like a wreck or something)

If you want the white DRL look without modding anything, just run your car with your parking lights on.

I have a base genesis and the parking lights on mine are yellow unless I'm doing something wrong.

On some of the other models, when you turn on the "parking lights", they resemble the daytime running lights of other cars (the white strip). Check out this (unfortunately rather annoying) video review to see what I'm referring to.
