I wished that I actually knew how the Sprint Booster works and what it really adjust on the Genesis throttle by wire system. Myself and others have speculated on throttle plate openings, kick-down switches, etc., however all I really know is that the engine respond quicker with the Sprint Booster than without it like the other cars tested on YouTube videos. This is why I don’t believe a thing about sprint boosters. It would the completely incompatible with the notion that you're avoiding the kickdown switch but somehow getting 100% throttle.
Fun fact: There is no kickdown switch.
I give up creating theories and assumptions about how the device increase the throttle response in my engine. I am not an automotive engineer, so I give up trying to understand how this device actually does what it does. All I know is that the Sprint Booster works as advertised. Good enough for me.
