I reached out to Continental via email and they stated the following:
"Thank you for contacting Customer Relations at Continental Tire the Americas. This tire is manufactured in Sumter, SC and Camacari, Brazil. As for the tire, it is an all season, UHP tire. The letters SRS stands for Sun, Rain, Snow, and symbols representing the letters are molded in the tread marking the tire as suitable for use in those conditions.
The SRS+ is comparable in performance to the DWS06+, while the original SRS was comparable to the DWS06. As for the SRS+, vs the SRS, the SRS+ offers improved wet breaking, and snow transaction compared to the SRS."
I followed up asking what the difference between the DWS06+ and the SRS+ is and they stated: "The only difference between the tires, the SRS+ is exclusive to America's Tire, Discount Tire and
Discounttiredirect.com."
