Swap out 2011 fog lights for 2012 fog light assembly?

I have a 2011 4.6 Sedan with premium and the tech package. iWife and I drove both it and a 2012. We noticed subtle changes on the front of the 2012 when compared to the 2011.

We liked the way the fog lights fit on the 2012 vs. the 2011. The 2012 lights seem to be custom made for the opening whereas the 2011 are more round with some extra plastic shroud around it.

Can I swap them out? If so, where could I buy (not from the dealer) the 2012 fog lamp assembly. And is it easy to install?
