  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Well, I am going tonight to drive a 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8L Auto Track. I currently drive a 2008 BMW 335xi Coupe. I was just wondering what to expect. Have any of you Genesis Coupe owners driven a BMW 335, and if so, how do they compare?

I test drove a 2009 BMW 335 coupe convertible, then the Genesis 2.0T base. To me there was no comparison. The Genesis was roomier, more comfortable, more nimble, and quicker, and about $1000 cheaper. Teh 3.8 track would be even more so. The BMW - like my wife's Mercedes CLK350 just seems heavy and cumbersome by comparison, I love driving it, but it is a completely different purpose of design. You are comparing apples to oranges. Now maybe the BMW M3 is more comparable, and about 3 times as expensive if you are comparing new.
