I'm trying to decide between momo strike 2's or momo europe's. I'm thinking more the europe's, because the strike 2's will show too much of the brake components...which are not in a condition where people would like to look at them. The strike 2's would essentially make me (yes, MAKE me) buy new rotors and do something with the calipers.

Not that any of that is hard...but money is money. Also, this is the first car I've ever bought wheels for...it's kind of maddening.

IF you have a base model - take my word for it - THERE ARE VERY FEW WHEELS THAT WILL FIT IN 17". I did not want just "spokes" and there are not many of those either. The brakes get in the way and 90% of the wheel places look at the computer program that says "this" wheel will fit and it WILL NOT. AGAIN - I warn you to be careful when ordering wheels on line

That might be the best looking set of aftermarket wheels I've seen. I usually don't care for 3rd party wheels as they are too bold for my tastes. And the Genny is understated for a reason. It wasn't meant to be a 380z or corvette or mustang gt 500 or any such other vehicle. Those cars can take a very bold/aggressive type of wheel. IMHO, the Genny needs just a touch of bling at the most. Using the word "bling" is just my way of describing it, maybe not anyone else's.

Some of these very bold and aggressive wheels on ANY 4 door sedan just look as stupid as those great big 6-8' tall tires on 4x4 pickups that idiots used to drive on public streets. Just my 2 cents.

There are lots of threads and questions re: aftermarket wheels which will fit the Genesis Sedan - I thought it would be good to have one thread to ONLY list wheels which members have successfully used. Suggest replies to this thread with a single line:
(Brand), (Model), (Diameter), (Width), (Offset)

Any contributors?

Where is the website to list aftermarket wheels, iam having a hard time 17 inch custom wheels finding rims that fit without hitting the tie rods or front brakes.
