With the info provided I assume you are from Saudi and have the same 19" wheels as on the V8. That being said yes you can change assuming it is RWD however the your speedometer will read almost 3 slower than actual. See here. https://www.tacomaworld.com/tirecalc?tires=275-35r19-275-40r19

how did you know that he is from saudi arabia

they asked me before on increasing the height and i told them that they can

but i didnt thought that this may affect the speedometer

Why can you not simply put back on another brand in the same original size both front and rear. The car was designed to run with that so why do you want to change?

If I were you, I'd stick with correct and recommended size for those rims, which is 275/35.
Why would you want to change that? not to mention, if you go with 275/40, speedo will be off by -3.91%
