Trouble Pairing Palm Pre with Genesis Bluetooth

I can't get my palm pre to work with the bluetooth on the genesis sedan (V8 with tech). The Pre will not find the Genesis as an available connection. Anyone have any idea what could be wrong.

My wife has the Palm 800W. She can get it to recognize the genesis and the genesis recognizes her phone. However, we can't make or receive calls thru the genesis.

We have Sprint cell phones.

Anyone gotten their Palm phones to work with the Genesis blue tooth?

New problem: Can anyone get the Pre to play its music on the Genesis?

My Palm has intermittent isssues with connecting. Some days automatically without issues, other days- no can do. So much in fact looking to replace with iPhone.

all you need is a 3.5mm aux cord and you connect it into the headphone jack of your palm pre and connect the other end into the aux input of the "Ipod Input" that's in the middle arm rest compartment.

I also have a Palm Pre and had no problems pairing it for bluetooth usage. good luck!

I have a Samsung Intrepid with Windows M6.5 and have intermittent disconnections. Happens every once in a while.

My iPhone paired with no problem and it plays beautifully through the iPod cable.
My wife's Palm Centro paired right away with Genny, but no one can make it pair with her Prius.

You think I'd let my wife drive my Genny? She can't get it away from me. Really, it makes me feel a little less guilty about buying my first V8 in 20 years!

I have the Palm pre and it ties in with no problem unless I keep my Bluetooth headset on inadvertantly when I get in the car.............
