Getting familiar with the group...
I recently purchased a 2013 Genesis Basic Model. I also have Samsung Galaxy S3 phone. It seems phone syncs with the car no problem.
When streaming bluetooth music (mp3 collection in my phone) from my phone I have no control of whether to start or change music selection via the car. Once sync is completed, I have to go to my phone and press play on the music app to get the music started and if I want to move to next song I have to do it on the phone. I can't do it with Genesis stereo or steering wheel control buttons.
My previous Mazda was with bluetooth was able to play and change songs via cars stereo or steering wheels control. Is Genesis really not having this capability or am I not understanding how it works?
Would appreciate any info on this. TIA.
