  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Does anyone know what Hyundai recommends for winter wheels? Is it suitable to just put them on the same size rims? The salesman that sold me the car says that Hyundai recommends bigger wheels on the back in the winter but he wouldn't give me the specs. Anyone got em?

I currently have a white 3.8 track and I am actually looking to purchase a set of after market 17" and put on a set Blizzak LM 60s for the winter. My line of thinking is this....I live in (near) Pittsburgh and the snows can get crazy. So if I go with a set of 17"s it will give me enough room in the wheel wells for snow to build up, but not to pack in.

It's either this or keep the factory rims and remove the summer tires, put on winter tires. Then in the spring, remove the winter tires and put on the summer tires.....
