  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

On 10/19/12 in I paid $36,798.00 for 2012 platinum r-spec with 3,300 miles from so. cali dealer at 4.9%. Strictly negotiated starting over the internet (2 hours), then the phone for about 1 hour, then picked it up that same evening. This vehicle is fully loaded as it even has a 6 player DVD-didn't know they even offered this??? It was the owners vehicle (Orange Co. dealership). Found through an automatic query on ----trader.com:)

Just purchased in LA area-
2012 Genesis 5.0 R-Spec...paid just over $38K after rebates.

How does one generate a new Hyundai Circle certificate number? Mine is expired.

I am looking for the 2012 base model as well. I am in DFW area, anyone know which dealer can offer better price, please PM me. I am willing to go as far as Houston if necessary.

Just traded in my 2010 4.6 for the 2012 5.0 non r-spec. Had a little negative equity, but it worked out well. Nothing out of pocked and leased the new one. Negating the traded equity, I got it for just a hair under $40k.
Very happy!

Just repeat the process on the circle website -- if your login is expired, then get a new CID from the Think Tank mod.

I bought my Genesis at Freeman Hyundai in Irving close to the old Texas Stadium. I had an extremely pleasant experience. PM me before if you decide to go look around.

Bought a new titanium 4.6 today from Hanlees Hilltop Hyundai in Richmond CA. Paid $36,250 including the doc fee, iPod cable, upgrade to the V5 GPS map and trunk mat. Very happy with the car, dealership and salesman. The customer incentives on the 2012's seem to have disappeared for December. I don't know if the dealers currently have an incentive or not.

We were originally looking for a V6 for about $1K less, but the Ms didn't like the sound of the engine on the V6's we drove. Don't know if it's the solid lifters or the GDI engine, but the V6 sounds like it needs a valve adjustment to me. The 4.6 has a non-GDI engine with hydraulic lifters so the engine purrs.

Anyone on the forum in the Portland Oregon area? After driving mine my wife wants her own. Looking for a good dealer nearby. Prices in the area would be nice too.

I saw in the paper yesterday Vandergriff Hyundai in Arlington has a 2012 w/ Tech pkg for $37000, that's almost 7000 off.

My local dealer in Orlando offered me a 2012 rspec sedan for 38748 which was about 10k under sticker. It's not a demo. Has 200 miles.

I was looking for a 2013 in white with the updated blue link. It's hot here so I figured white is best and I can start and blast the Aircon via my iPhone when I get ready to leave work. Yeh it's like 104F at the end of the day here in summer and fall.

Bought my 2011 4.6 here in NC with 31k miles for $25,500. Excellent condition white pearl exterior and cashmere inside. Had to replace the Dunlops--installed Pirelli Pzero Neros. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1356614014.802260.webp

Trying to get in to my first Genesis and have a quick question or two.

Hyundai currently has 5,000 mfg to dealer cash for the 2012 Genesis. There is also 1,500 conquest cash and 1,000 financing cash. Then I read about 2,000 marketing support.

Can anyone help me identify which of these are still active. I have a quote on a base 3.8 at 5,500 below invoice making the price 27,700 + TTL

thank you in advance,

Hello,
I believe this true car price can even be beaten. On December 14, 2012 I bought a 2012 Base 3.8 with no options for $24,500. This is $9,500 off of sticker.

Also, I was luckily to have been trolling around on Edmunds.com and ran across an independent offer for a free $1,000 Citi Bank pre-paid gift card just for registering before I purchased.
You must register before you purchase to get an email sent to you with a code and an email address to enter your new VIN after you buy. It takes a few days until your dealer paperwork shows up in Hyundai's computers though. Once I waited a few days past my purchase the VIN was accepted.
This offer seemed to only come up after Edmunds cookies knew I was researching a Genesis.
Not everyone will get this offer as it seems selective to the cookies recognizing specific searches etc.
I am supposed to get my "gift card" in about eight more days.

Frank
