Power shade question

Every window in my house has aftermarket tint film applied to it. Additionally, the southern and western facing windows have those roller sunscreen shades that you often see in restaurants, etc. The payback in increased comfort and reduced air conditioning costs is huge. These measures also reduce sun glare discomfort year-round.

I've done every window in my house Always do - window film is very under-rated in the North and most people don't understand that a good film acts as an insulator, which in tern also helps keep the heat in the home during the winter months too.

Could someone do me a favor and take a pic of the rear sunshade when it's up? I'm planning on buying a Genesis in the future and haven't been able to find a pic of the sunshade. And I don't want to run to the dealer for something so small. Thanks.

If you lived where I live you might rethink that. The hot sun shining directly on my upholstery will heat it up to where it will blister your skin if you're wearing shorts. Anything that helps keep that from happening is a good thing.

I've never noticed mine being noisy. I can hear it if I listen closely but generally don't notice the sound at all.

My 2013 5.0 just started a wobble when raising and lowering. Has always been very silent. One Top side of the shade panel doesn’t hug the rear glass the same as the other side.
