  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Do you prefer the 2015+ Genesis over the previous generation?

actually, what's funny is the G1 guy coming to the G2 forum to defend his G1.... G2 owners don't care about the G1 - it's irrelevant...
Enthusiasts care. People who live out of magazines don't. As of this posting, it will be at least the third time you've been informed that people read from "new posts" and find their way into "your" corner of the forum. Keep up!
At the end of the day, what someone who shops Consumer Reports thinks, or someone who thinks newer is always better, holds as much weight as the majority of the arguments made thus far. Since we're speaking of being irrelevant, and all...
I could care less
How much less? :D

The rest doesn't warrant response as it's sheeple stuff.

Why is this thread still open???

Have you reported it?
Moderation has been in here and realizes it's for amusement, though like I noted late yesterday, I think some feels slipped in the cracked door. ;)

Sorry - I couldn't care less!

I am closely monitoring this thread. There is heated debate but it has stayed mostly professional.

Thank you

Heated? Nah... Just a fun distraction during an FDA audit...

Have to sign off now as have to head home to be there by 5 and, since I'm in the V6, it might take a while...

but unless you live under a rock, the overwhelming consensus of the automotive press agrees that the G2 is a MUCH improved and more refined vehicle - sorry if that is too much for you to handle.

Reminds me of the Emperor's new clothes tale....

Love the headroom in my G1, even with the sunroof. Not so with the G2, possibly due to the raked windshield. My G1's seats feel fine, other than it takes some time to restore them to perfection if they get out of adjustment. To be honest, I prefer the harder seats in my Santa Fe. The #1 best feature about of my G1 is that it is paid for.
