No vibration on my 2016, but the driver seat had a "rocking" feel. The dealer replaced the entire seat to correct.
I now have the vibration issue too, started about a week ago, only when ac is on and I can feel the ac cycling w a y more than it should. Sure the car is under warranty, but the real source of dread here is the only options I have available to me without driving over an hour to some dealer I have never been to before is south point which is downright scary or round rock which is just as scary but slightly less irritating to get to. I have taken such great pains to maintain my car so well, not a single scratch or ding....... and now this, ugh.
Did the vibration happen as you started the car with the AC in the on position? Mine has a "lugging" feeling under that type start up but no issue if started with the AC off then turn on the AC.
If you get anywhere with RR Hyundai or Hyundai corporate on this issue, I would be VERY interested to know.
They are replacing the motor mounts. The same time they are replacing the stationary front glass panel on the roof between the sunroof and windshield.
YES!This is the car I should have had 18 months ago. The new motor mounts have re-fashioned the car. I cannot be certain, but since having test driven several other 2015 V6 Genesis, I would say the new mounts are not just a replacement for the ones that were there, but that they seem to be a substantial upgrade in NVH reduction. A new supplier? A change in the design?

Hello Seejay,
Did this resolve the vibration issue? My car is driving me bonkers, and if there is a way to fix the vibration issue, I will ask Hyundai to get that done to my car ...
At this point, I'm desperate to get this piece of shit to behave like a luxury car, not like a 1950's rust bucket ...
