Map Update 14.5 coming soon

Another update for everyone. Their IT department emailed me back and said they sent me the wrong one. I ordered correct, but they sent the wrong one. The packaging didn't specify what map it was, so maybe they just mispacked them or something similar. Just an FYI for everyone. They said they'll send the correct one ASAP.

Mine will be here tomorrow. Evidently they found the problem and sent the corrected version right out without asking or telling me. My first shipment did not arrive yet and saw another FedEx tracking number.

Received the second card today. First card says 145SP2DH, Second Card says 145SP2DHPE

Have not installed either. Waiting until I have a drive that is ~45 minutes. That's what it usually takes to install the update in my vehicle.

My install from the SD Card took way less time, about 10 minutes maximum.

Ditto! Got 2nd one yesterday and it took about 10 mins to update

I assume you are talking about the update for Nav with the 9.2" screen? That's what I have.

Yes, this is just a map update so is a smaller footprint than when there is also a big firmware update.

Same here; previous took ~45 min - this one, ~ about 10 - 15 minutes.

Tried one before with no luck but this time it found my location and the street. Sent the request and even added a photo. Maybe next time.

When I use the navigation to go home, it takes me to a field a quarter mile away. I just leave the car there and walk the rest of it to the door. Sucks when raining though.

Ed - there is a simple solution... next time you park the car in the field, simply zoom out on the map before you turn the car off. That will make the walk a LOT shorter!
