The changes are very subtle, but numerous:
-Top slat of the grille on the hood is now all chrome (no more chrome + matte silver paint)
-Lower air damn/intake is trimmed in chrome
-Rear trunk chrome piece above the license plate is thicker and dips down at the ends similar to the Sonata
-Front and rear bumper rub strips are curved slightly/thicker near the outer edges
-New ugly (IMO) BMW-inspired gear shift knob (8 speed auto?)
-Center
armrest now matches the steering
wheel and not the seats
-Adaptive cruise and parking sensors are now hidden (no more visible sensors on the bumpers in spite of a button for the sensors on the inside of car and the area where the fog lights once resided now seem to house the adaptive cruise system)
-Integrated exhaust tips ala Equus (or Lexus LS)
Not sure if a couple of these details are limited to the
KDM Genesis or are merely pre-production, but those are all the changes I can make out. The seat stitching is also different, but the
KDM Genesis has had these seats for a while. I do not see the presence of LED headlights like the article indicates.
