  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Probably a stupid question, but can you rotate the tires on the 2015 ultimate? I know they are staggered so you can't do the traditional rotation, but can you switch the fronts with each other and the rears with each other? The last time I had a car with staggered tires they were directional so they could not be rotated at all, but I wanted to check. Thanks!!

If not directional tires then yes. I do swap mine as you stated and have on several cars over the years.

NO, you can't put wider tires on front axle!

that's not what OP was suggesting or asking. It was about side to side swaps.

LOL, I'm was too quick on the trigger.

Yes, you were correct in your first post.

Here you go...

Glad i found this thread. But, question is, are the 2015 Continental ProContact tires Symmertical (thus left/right wheel can be simply swapped), or are they assymetrical (thus tires will need to be unmounted, and remounted on the rims, when swapping)?
Thanks

The dealership just rotated my tires on my 5.0 front to back. They made a hell of a racket because the tires are of course different sizes. What should I look for to be messed up on the car? They said everything looked fine after they switched the tires back to where to their correct locations but something had to get messed up backed on the metal on metal grinding I witnessed.

Look it the wheel wells for any friction damage in the front. Can't think of any other damage.

How the hell did the dealership do that? That is really messed up.
