  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I am trying to troubleshoot why one of my daytime running light will not work. The lights function properly otherwise. The led does work when the headlights are on but when they are set to AUTO and the DRL's come on and the headlights go off only the driver side works. The passenger side light goes completely off. I have located 3 connections that go into the headlight and all seem to be connected properly. I have checked the manual and do not see a fuse for the running lights. Any help to troubleshoot this is appreciated!!20191026_231503.webp20191026_231442.webp

If you're getting inconsistent output, you probably have an issue with a module.

OMG I have this EXACT issue. Same side and everything on my 2016. Did you find a solution?

Yes....Bad headlight. Whole assembly was replaced under warranty at no cost by dealership.

You're welcome!! If you're still under warranty you should have no problem.

My headlight was replaced due to a fender bender under my insurance. Would warranty still cover this if I take it to the dealer?
