Understand. If you want more power and afford a 535 then, again, get an R-spec, 300HP vs. 429HP and a V8's torque. I drove both the 4.6 and R-Spec back to back and the 8 speed R-spec transmission is almost seamless in the auto mode. One thing about both the 4.6 and the R-Spec is in manual both transmissions lag considerably, about a second, after throwing the handle to another gear, up or down. BMW's don't do that but my wife's Cayenne S, with paddle shifters, lags as well. If anyone wants to make a "chip" for the Genesis, they should concentrate on the transmission. It's plane old annoying how long it takes to shift.
