  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

When you get it, check the inside (bottom) to see if it’s a Moya lip. I bought the one from your link and it’s actually a Moya lip. I wasn’t too sure about the metallic in the black at first, but I really like how it looks on my car.
Just came in today, it does say Moya on the back. Looks perfect and is color matched to VB. I’m gonna install it soon and I’ll post pics when I do

Yeah, it’s a great quality product. You’re gonna love the way it looks once it’s installed.

Alright, here we go:

My lip came from the seller well packaged and protected, with all instructions in Korean. Google translate plus common sense = easy install. My lip came prepainted to match Victoria Black, and pre taped with 3M VHB. I think they did a good job with the 3M coverage in the spots it needs it most:

Mine came with alcohol wipes, and a primer wipe to help adhesion. Cleaning off the wax where the new lip attaches was probably the hardest part, I used quite a lot of buffing, alcohol and quik detailer to get it ready. The only hiccup in the install was that the 3M tape was a little close to the edge on a half inch part of the lip. After install the pressure pushed the tape out enough that you could see it. Goo gone, microfiber towel and an interior trim tool took care of that right away. After letting it sit overnight to cure (along with support painters tape on the edges to hold it down tight) I did another quik detailer spray along with a light wax. Here she is in her full (not really) glory, excuse the pollen. It is already pollen season here so I could only clean the back of the car, its pointless to clean the whole thing right now.

Looks good!!!!

Ok I’ll play Beefer here. It’s technically not a ”Lip” it is a rear spoiler or tail. Lips are on the front bumper or technically a front spoiler or splitter.

BTW looks good.
Lol thanks for the pedantry :p I actually didn’t know that was the correct term. man I hate telling non car people I got a spoiler though, first thought in people’s head goes to a giant wing haha

I’ve always called these small, subtle spoilers “lip spoilers”. Anything on the front bumper was a “chin spoiler” or splitter. Even googling “lip spoiler” shows both front and rear, but the common theme is a small, subtle spoiler and not something decked off on stands.

But either way I still think these specific spoilers are the best looking ones for the G70. Lines flow great, size and fitment is nicely proportioned, and everything together makes it look OE. Like I said on mine, at first I wasn’t sold on the metallic black of the spoiler against Havana Red... but I don’t think I’d have it any other way now that its been on the car for a while.
